With a single click from his Tadepalli camp office, Chief Minister virtually released the money into the bank accounts of the recipients, claiming that Andhra Pradesh is the only state in the nation that pays input subsidies to farmers who have lost crops during the same growing season. Of the entire amount of Rs 1,294.58 crore, Rs 847 crore is given as input subsidies to 6,96,000 farmers in 103 mandals across seven districts who have been affected by drought; the remaining amount is given to 4,61,000 ryots whose crops were lost as a result of the Michaung Cyclone.

Steps to Apply for YSR Farmer Input Subsidy 2024
To apply for YSR Farmer Input Subsidy, the user needs to follow the below given steps:
- First of all, go to the official website of visit Navasakam Beneficiary Management Portal
- The homepage will open
- Click on the Login button followed by Citizen Login
- The login page will open
- Now, enter your Aadhar Number and click on the send OTP button
- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number
- Enter the received OTP for verification
- After successful verification, a new page will open with the services list
- Now, choose YSR Input Subsidy Scheme from the given list
- Then, the application form will open
- Now, fill in the form with all the required details
- After that, upload all the required documents
- Then, click on the submit button and the Application Number will be auto generated
- The Welfare and Education Assistant or the Ward Welfare Secretary will receive the submitted application.
- After completing the field verification, officials would report their findings to the Mandal Parishad Development Officer.
- After confirming the application, the Mandal Parishad Development Officer forwarded it to the District Rural Development Agency’s Project Director.
- Subsequently, all secretariats will publish the final list of eligible and ineligible applicants.
- Through the Aadhar Enabled Payment System, the eligible applicant will receive financial aid in their bank account.
